Initial contact was very good. The person I spoke with was pleasant and helpful.

wanted to COME IN and talk about issue (medical) and the intake guy was not even interested, said hey, let me connect you to a para legal. I told him i don't want to discuss this over the phone, sorry due to covid can't come in.

They are a powerhouse of attorneys but website could be more Informative

Not only was the intake person very unprofessional but clearly not qualified for the job. Then they had another person call she clearly didn’t like me complaining about the first person from their law firm that tried to speak with me. I have a very viable case and already had another law firm by the time she got back with me only to tell me she couldn’t take my case! Very very unprofessional and if I was Searcy Denney in Tallahassee I would not allow these people to represent them. It would be professional end to their law firm! DO NOT HIRE THIS LAW FIRM!

I inquired about a potential case, the intake personnel was aggressive & rude she constantly called me for more information only to tell me that they couldn’t accept my case. Something that they could have done via email instead of getting me to call them back. A complete Waste of time.
