I read an earlier reviewer that had problems with how mediation is handled and the pressure this firm places on you to settle. This was my experience as well. I too feel my case was mishandled and expect a reply stating they do recall the situation in the same manner. A bit of canned response if you review their replies. When I brought this same issue up with counsel, I heard these same words in person, only a bit more adamantly. In retrospect, I would not use this firm for any legal matter, I would however strongly recommend opposing counsel, she was very effective in negotiating for her client.

Eric is the worst lawyer I have ever seen and this office is not a place to trust.

I’ve went threw two other lawyers trying to get custody of my son went to Max Factor law and Mr Eric Schab got the job done today less than a month I highly recommend them they keep you posted with everything they work on all I can say is they have made me happy 😃

Absolutely amazing professional Attorneys. From the moment you walk into the office the staff is extremely polite and professional makes you feel comfortable and at peace especially considering the circumstances your there for. My attorney was Eric Schab and I was very happy with how everything worked out. Also Max Factor helped a lot and took his time to also help me through other legal advice I needed. I would rethink if I was using Eric schab, he even laughed when I told him I was having problems trying to get my daughter from my wife. When he doesn’t let you know the day after a case when your supposed to get your daughter or how things work only that he is off of work that day. Then he charges you to write up a withdrawal letter after you have hired another lawyer because of him laughing at you about your daughter thought that was unprofessional by far and when you question him about things like that he will get upset and very mad. Then charge you for a withdrawal letter your new lawyer is supposed to be sending him but you’ll pay him for that to in the end, when was completed by another lawyer and sent to him. I would rethink before paying and have to get another lawyer because he acts unprofessional.

Max Factor Law Trial Attorneys are excellent advocates. They handle contentious matters with professionalism and dignity in the family law arena (the wild west of law). His firm handled a very complex support issue and dealt with less than professional conduct from the other side. They advocated well for father's rights in Florida which is often ignored or marginalized in family law. I recommend his firm for complex family law litigation.

I have had the honor and pleasure of working with Max, Eric and Sandie. This firm and the staff are so warm, welcoming and knowledgeable.
