The receptionist is very rude. She hung up in my face before she could even finish talking. I had already been placed on hold twice without even being greeted. Customer service skills are horrible.

Katherine Viker scares me. What type of 60 year old gets a augmentation like that. Pray for them, they desperately need it!

Her service is very simple. Online intake and a response back within 5 to 7 days.

I have been trying to get ahold of the Frontdesk and another number I found in the reviews. I have not heard anything back. It’s been over two weeks. I’m sure scheduling a consultation can be overwhelming and other clerical things. I was referred here from a friend. But I see no sharks here, thank you for nothing 😊

The women answering the phone this morning is either EXTREMELY busy or very nasty. She had her finger on the hangup button before she could even finish saying what she needed to say. She was also very short and annoyed I was asking questions. I had trouble finding the online form but I was too nervous to call back and ask for help because the women was so unpleasant. When I finally found the form it was sadly a PDF. Meaning I have to print it out to fill it out, then scan it to return it. I don't have a printer/scanner! I wish they could help me over the phone or have a form the is able to full out online. All that being said, it was a huge red flag for me, I will not be doing business with this firm.

Took 3 months for her to tell me she couldn't take case, since it is womens civil rights that are being taken, she must not specialize in that area.
