I call Jim Garrity every time I have an employment problem, and so does the rest of my family. We have been using him for more than 20 years. Sometimes you just get wrongly fired, or you can't get promoted or hired. He's always available, always easy to talk to, and always has some incredibly smart ideas and strategies. He's helped my adult children avoid terminations, get paid commissions they were being cheated of, and get accommodations for disabilities on the job. He helped me get workers' compensation benefits (which my boss was trying to deny) and helped us in so many other situations. He's also helped my neighbors and several friends in job-related problems. I wouldn't even consider using anyone else, and I certainly wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Bad attorney, couldn't win an unlawful termination case when she had all the evidence. I would give her a zero star if I could. She couldn't even get my case to a jury.

Have called and talked with the secretary i guess and emailed the information packet to them still haven't heard back after weeks i called them and they act like they have never spoken to me or know what im asking about very unprofessional although they did well for a friend

I was assigned to Attorney Elaine Komsky and she was the worst attorney. I was never notified about any deposition hearing until the day of the hearing. She was NEVER on time for any hearing. She had to leave early because of her kids. I just wanted the case done so I settled and I’m still waiting to hear from her.

This whole firm is worthless!!! Proceed with caution ⚠️ for years I have been told nothing but one lie after another. I really believe I have more ptsd from dealing with her than I did from the incident I was involved with before her so called legal services. If you want justice then stay away from this one.

Run, run away! Horrible firm. Hell working with them to deal with my lawsuit caused me just another trauma. My case was assigned to E.G. who was the worst advocate ever. I'll be having to live with their ineptness for the rest of my life.
