Update: check out their copy paste reply. They don't know me. They didn't address the fact that they took no effort to communicate anything for 4 months or even speak up me about why they were dropping me. I was fully insured at the time of my accident. I was also not at fault. But they can't find enough money? That tells you how they operate. Don't be fooled by the commercials and ads. They sing care about you in the slightest. Everyone is a number. The took my Case 4 months ago communicated nothing the entire time then sent me an email saying they are choosing not to represent me. No call, no explanation
