I was in an accident at work.i had a major concussion. It left me with an indentation on my forehead. My friend suggested Morgan and Morgan. They did a good job for her. That was Definitely not the case for me My case was turned over to an attorney out of Columbus, Georgia. I live in Florida. He met with me one time. And he was telling me all these great things that were gonna happen. I told him my biggest concern was getting medical treatment because I did not have insurance, and couldn’t afford to do it on my own. He assured me everything was gonna be fine. That was the only time I saw him. And it was Months before I got to speak to him again. I talked to paralegal that works In his office. She actually laughed at me on the phone and I called Morgan & Morgan and complained. I received a call from Rob, the attorney. He said he received a complaint. I told him that I thought she was extremely unprofessional. I told him I did kit want to talk to her anymore. That was the end of the call. I dealt solely with another lady in his office. She was great. I had to see a neurologist. He ordered a MRI. I had to pay for all my care out of my own pocket. And it was hard, because it was a worked comp issue. I contacted the lady Robs office. I explained that I had to get an MRI and my co-pay was $200. But I did not have that money.. She told me she would talk to Rob. I did not hear. I called the office several times and I emailed. And I kept getting told that he was busy, out of the office. and court all over with my doctor because the referral. any longer. I was kind of upset. I asked him what was going on with my case. How come he doesn’t return my calls, or even communicate with me. He stated that I was not his only case. And he had other cases that were more important at the time, because they were getting ready to go to court. And I said so is my case. And he stated no it wasn’t. I was mistaken. I said no sir my case is due I believe it was 23 August. He told me he was going to check. Come back and said you’re right, you do have a court date in two weeks. I guess I’m going to have to get my office to get your file together.. He asked me what I wanted out of this case and he told me I wasn’t gonna get A lot of money. I told him that’s not what I wanted. I just wanted to be able to see the doctor and find out what was going on with me and my brain. And I feel that the company where I worked should have to take care of that. He was rude to me and told me they wouldn’t do it. Anyway, I got off the phone with him. I thought about it. And I decided that I no longer wanted him as my attorney I called Morgan & Morgan and I explained to the person that answered the phone what was going on. That person told me they would hand it to the complaint department and someone Would get back to me. No one got back to me. Instead I received a call from Robs office as if I were a new client. I called Morgan and Morgan again. And again went through the whole ordeal on the phone. And again I was told someone would get back to me. That was in Sept 2023. This is April 2024 and I still haven’t received a call from anyone at Morgan and Morgan . The attorney Rob H in Columbus, Georgia, was paid for My case. Which was absolutely nothing. He received pay. For treating me bad.. And I have received nothing I can’t even get another lawyer to represent me. Because of the fact that Rob H got paid for the little he did. My suggestion to anyone. Don’t listen to the recording when you call their office! They lie! They don’t care about people. They only care about making money. And small cases like mine don’t bring in enough. The only reason that Robb was given my case was simply to be nice. That’s what Rob H stated to me!

They do not help the people that truly need help. I had medical negligence, this company even said I did but wouldn't go to bat for me when I clearly was taken advantage of. Also was zero help trying to apply for social security disability now that I'm forever this way. They're ads & commercials are ALL LIES! They are ONLY FOR PROFIT not HELPING those IN NEED.

Personal injury lawyers are scum bags - how these folks can back staged accidents that are organized, by people with criminal records, and conspire with cooperating clinics, physicians, chiropractors, massage therapists and hundreds of unscrupulous lawyers to bleed the system; against the innocent. As a by stander- I now understand why car insurance is so high - and why so many people are collecting on injury when they are HEALTHY, able, can lift weights, run , do heavy lifting and collect millions. I get it now . ITS SICK AND MORGAN IS A CRIMINAL FOR AIDING IN THIS RACQUET. FRAUD CHARGES when people stage autoaccidents to pay for homes, new cars and education, LYING ABOUT INJURY. smh

I used Morgan and Morgan back in 2017 and the service was prompt and great. I decided to go with them again and something have changed for the worse. It’s been 4 months and I have had at least 4 different lawyer teams! It’s hard to get an update on the case or even to get someone to return your call. The couple times I did talk to someone it was to explain the case OVER AND OVER because it was a new team. This is horrible, I regret going back to them. I have escalated to supervisors twice for NO COMMUNICATION with the team. Every time you call it say the person is unavailable! I don’t even know if I will end of having to pay for my kids therapy bill due to lack of communication and not even knowing what’s going on with the case!!! If you haven’t already please find another law firm if you want a smooth process!! This is stressful!

Call center employee who did the initial "interview" didn't understand what happened, Morgan and Morgan told Medicare that we were filing a claim against the other party's insurance, and then told us they wouldn't take the case, leaving us to straighten out Medicare on our own. The only time we actually spoke with an attorney was when she called to tell us she was dropping the case. Not impressed, would not recommend.

Morgan and Morgan and all the associates have been excellent and really put the effort to see how I'm doing after hours.

I got hurt in a car accident and I gave them a call and they came with so much help and information, nice people!

They have been good but they said they would help me out with a doctor for the follow up appointment. I been waiting. My shoulder and ear are messed up. I'm just in the state working. I need to get my shoulder looked at.

Morgan and Morgan treated me just like family. They made me fell at ease and covered all the my concerns. I don’t usually write reviews but Morgan and Morgan exceeded all my expectations.

I am very pleased with the professionalism of Morgan & Morgan. They are very helpful and care about you as a person. Thank you for all the help your giving me.
