Because you can never hardly get in touch with the person especially Mr. Kempner he has only answered for me one time my case is all most 2 yrs. Old Ms. Juliette B was awesome and got the ball rolling I Thank her for her expertise with the case but now I have Ms. Caitlin forgot the last name but she assured me that she sent out a plea now she's saying she did someone else and she would be sure to get back with me another person case is not my business and don't say onething and do another and tell me about wow just waiting to get this all behind me I hope not another two years.
