I hired Gena and am so thankful for the diligent work and attention to detail with my case. She had a great team who saw probably the worst of me, but every day showed up for me. If you have to go to Gena, you are probably already in one of the most difficult situations in your life. She knows this and takes a vested interest in you, your case, and the outcome. Gena the law and has an incredible reputation. I always said, I loved seeing her team, but I hope I never see them again. They are so good, that came to fruition.

My divorce/ custody case took 2 long years and if it wasn’t for Gena Fournier as my attorney I don’t know how I would of got threw it. This firm was referred to me by another reputable attorney. I transferred my retainer and scheduled an appointment. I was charged an outrageous amount for a phone call. My first appointment with her was me rehashing my horrible marriage and child custody. Gena already had my file from my previous attorney which stated everything. She made me feel like I had to pay her thousands of dollars to gain custody and win my divorce. After I left my appointment I felt worse about my case and even felt like a failure as a mother. Two hours later I called and fired Gena. Only to find out my husbands attorney had been told she wouldn’t take my case. Do not waste your money and I did win 100% custody of my children and still have money to provide for them.

Pads out the billing to the point of being ridiculous. For instance, I was charged half an hour for her to read a 2 page document! She also immediately pulled out representation of me simply because I sent her emails regarding my case. She racked up $7K in just 2 months and doesn't even have the expertise to back up such ridiculous charges! Completely dissatisfied

Such a racket going on, they want $350 to walk in the office and just to ask how much they charge for a very simple adoption. Unbelievable. The legal system is a travesty.
