Wouldn't take my case because of my husbands income although I only needed an appeal for my case.

**Crossposted from Yelp** A complete and utter waste of time. I hired Morgan & Morgan after a car accident. At first, things appeared fine. They gathered my information, they set me up with a team, and they even called me. And just like that - poof. They disappeared. I called and e-mailed a few times with questions and trying to get answers was difficult. I felt as if I had to hunt down a needle in a haystack. Not to mention that they switched my case managers, attorneys, etc. at the very least twice, so just as I began to get used to one team I was set up with another. Where is the human factor in all this? You clearly are just a number to them. Additionally, after months of signing with them and getting little to no updates, I was dropped without an explanation. Fine, you did not want to take my case - you are completely entitled to do that but at the very least give me a reason rather than a generic e-mail apologizing and advising me to consult another attorney. The only good thing in all of this is that they do not require payment up front, but perhaps that in itself is the problem. They advertise themselves as only getting paid if you win, but if they do not see your case as profitable, you will simply be dropped sans explanation. If I could go back in time, I would have done things differently. Unfortunately I can't do that, and now after consulting other attorneys, it turns out that my case is not being taken, but you know what? At least these lawyers and their law firms gave me some sort of explanation and did not leave me hanging for months. Stay away from Morgan and Morgan. There's a reason that other lawyers and their firms speak ill of them. They essentially take all cases and get rid of whomever they don't feel will benefit their own interests. Only rating 1 star as I cannot give them what they deserve - a big fat 0!

I worked with them through a case and had been calling for months and months to get some kind of update. I finally got through about 3 months later only for them to tell me they decided to drop my case 5 months ago and never gave me a notice. Do yourself a favor and literally chose anyone else.

My Attorney was Heath Brockwell and his Assistants were Candice Briggs and Hunter Jones. This was by far the worst group of Attorney I have dealt with. I continually had to submit over documents multiple times, because for some reason they were getting lost, I had to get my own medical records because they supposedly couldn’t get them, pictures I had to keep sending over than on top of that I feel as though I wasn’t properly represented. I had to agree on a settlement that I had no choice with because Morgan and Morgan dropped the ball and failed to provide the insurance company with the documents they needed. I would never recommend this firm go to Scott and Wallace at least you’ll get great service and your settlement amount on time.

Would give zero stars if I could. They told me they could help my case and then proceeded to sue the wrong party involved. They also passed my case around to three different lawyers and case managers to which i got a phone call every time to talk about the same thing that’s already written in all my case notes. Waited months to tell me they still couldn’t get my medical records and then asked me to find all my old bills almost six months after the case was supposed have begun. They did nothing but waste time on a case that was time sensitive and now I have no option to find another lawyer. Morgan & Morgan gives you the run around and ultimately ends up wasting your time.

I would give a negative 5 stars if possible but called to hire an attorney for disability and they refuse to take me on. Stating that according to files I have applied to many times for them to take me as a client.

My attorney was Anna Norris, she did an amazing job handling my case from the moment it was transferred to her, until the moment it was settled. I could not have asked for better representation! Her legal assistant Ashley Aiken was also very efficient and the communication was excellent. Thank you to them both for treating me like a top priority.
