They have a intake person who appears to not know the law. Deciding to accept or deny cases on their own merit. It is of my pure opinion that someone else is intercepting their calls and denying callers access to their attorneys. Some big-time corruption going on in Florida’s phone systems. This could be their competition doing this shady work.

I was not happy after 3 weeks of hearing nothing. When I finally did hear from someone, half the paperwork I sat, filled out and submitted, was missing. The person I dealt with in the office in Tallahassee, neglected to submit the most important paperwork for my case. SMH.
