Josh Zelman with Zelman Law is amazing! He is unbelievably knowledgeable when it comes to the law and your rights. If you’re in the Tallahassee area, I would not recommend anyone else!

I hired Tony to represent me in a Business dispute. He did win the dispute. But I had told him that I wanted the person I was suing to pay for my legal fees If I won. His attorney had listed that stipulation on paper work that was sent to us. I had noticed Tony had not used that phraseology in our paper work to him. I said to Tony we need to add that statement to our paper work. His answer was that it is common sense and everybody knows that you loose the case that you are responsible for the other parties case. Well $6,500 later we won . So I wanted to get the defendant to pay Tony’s fee. we went to court. Judges decision was for me not to collect because he Tony did not list it on paper work. Tony’s reply was I owe you one. Guess what I went to collect and never he would call or meet with me Slimy Attorney!

Not very reassuring when it comes to their clients. They do not answer messages in a timely manner and are very rude when you ask questions. Do not waste your money on them as they are not for their clients best interest.
