There are not enough words to describe how exceptional Bryan Hesser and the law firm of Matt Liebenhaut are. After 47 years of marriage, my mother wanted a divorce. My husband and I hired our attorney as we thought since there were no children from the marriage, a fair and equitable division of the properties and monies could be handled with no problem. "WRONG! HOW NAIVE!" Before we could "catch our breath" his daughter from a prior marriage, had him declared "incapacitated" and her as power of attorney. Total acrimony ensued as their idea of equitable was that mother gets "nothing" and a rotation of three different law firms with no mediation in sight. Our attorney withdrew due to illness.We did our research and decided on Matt Liebenhaut Law Firm. The initial consultation with Bryan Hesser was GREAT! We indicated how fed up we were with the "merry go round" of attorneys and the affect it was having on my mother's health. He was sensitive to our needs, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and honest. My mother stressed that she just wanted "fairness." Bryan secured a mediation date and both parties signed an agreement. However, the opposing party reneged and wanted us to accept lower monies. Off to court we went. Imagine my mother's distress as she had too listen to the falsities presented. Bryan was masterful in his cross-examination, punching holes in their testimony. The RESULT: Judge ruled they had to honor mediation agreement. A little bit more about the law firm family. Accolades must be given as they treated us" just like family.".Every phone call, text, and email were responded to in a timely manner. They made us feel like our case was their priority. I had been denied Disability. I had heart surgery i was unable to work bills were piling up . I called liebenhaut law i explained my situation , i have NEVER in my life had to hire a lawyer and i definitely didn't have the money too pay them. Matt and his team are fantastic to say the least. She is very incompetent, rude,disrespectful and will defame your character and she don't know you and will lie on you. She will say you are involved in a scheme when you had no prior knowledge of what was happening. If you want to win your case stay away.
