I was referred to Parks, Chesin, and Walbert law firm by several friends who had similar job issues to mine, and had successful settlements. David was assigned my case, and he also brought us a successful settlement. I was impressed with how quickly he grasped all the details of my issue. He kept me posted on progress. He was always very professional and congenial in emails and in phone calls, always with full explanations to my questions. He seems to be very knowledgeable in his area of expertise - age discrimination in my case. And he seemed to share my passion to "right a wrong" that I was going through.
