He went above and beyond to help me. He was willing to do additional research and put in the extra work to help me deal with my case. He was not recommended as a military lawyer but I was so discouraged by the attorney they recommended I searched for a savior, and I found one in Mr. Churchill. He helped me more than I could image. I am very pleased and would recommend his service to anyone in need.

I used Attorney Robert Churchill to assist me and my wife with a debt resolution issue. He was professional and thorough when explaining our options to us. He did not charge a consultation fee and was completely up front with us about what we could expect from his services and what outcome we could expect from the court case. He charged a flat fee to take on and handle our case, this fee paid for case resolution, regardless if he got the plaintiff to settle or the case went to court, a flat fee. Once he was on the case, it was completely hands off for me and my wife. We were notified when case resolution was reached. I highly recommend Attorney Churchill.

I wanted to take a minute to comment about Mr. Newman and how helpful he was for me during a very difficult time. Back in late January my son who is a college student in Tallahassee was arrested for a couple Felony offenses. Not being from Tallahassee I was at a disadvantage not knowing anyone there who I could get help from. After attempting to use the Public Defender in my son's case I could see that the PD's office was inadequate to say the least. I contacted Luke Newman and after he explained his process and plan I hired him to defend my 19 yr. old son. Mr. Newman went to work immediately on his case. From May to September the legal process worked it's way out. In the end Mr. Newman was able to have one of the most serious charges dropped altogether. The other charge was reduced to a misdemeanor. During this ordeal I had numerous conversations over the phone as well as emails and text messages from him. I can truly say that he was always prompt in contacting me and even after hours he would either call me or text me about my concerns depending on the situation. Luke has been a great lawyer for me! The state attorney was set on sending me to jail but after several plea offers Luke was able to settle my charges with probation. I then hired a different lawyer to handle my early termination of probation, what a nightmare! I immediately went back to Luke and he saved me out of the mess I was in.
