  “No arrest, case dismissed”   “I hired Luke Newman to represent me during a criminal investigation regarding a sensitive matter.  Luke communicated with authorities who ultimately made a decision not to make any physical arrest.  When the case was eventually brought in court, there was a legal issue with the State’s filing.  Luke recognized this issue from the start and kept me informed.  Ultimately, because of the legal issue, Luke filed a motion to dismiss the case with legal argument.  The judge scheduled a hearing.  The State acknowledged Luke’s arguments and dismissed the case a few days prior to the hearing.  I never had to go to jail and never even had to go to the courthouse.  I was kept up to date the entire time.  I am happy that the matter is now fully behind me.  I am happy with the outcome Luke brought about.”
