There are not enough words to describe how exceptional Bryan Hesser and the law firm of Matt Liebenhaut are. After 47 years of marriage, my mother wanted a divorce. My husband and I hired our attorney as we thought since there were no children from the marriage, a fair and equitable division of the properties and monies could be handled with no problem. "WRONG! HOW NAIVE!" Before we could "catch our breath" his daughter from a prior marriage, had him declared "incapacitated" and her as power of attorney. Total acrimony ensued as their idea of equitable was that mother gets "nothing" and a rotation of three different law firms with no mediation in sight. We indicated how fed up we were with the "merry go round" of attorneys and the affect it was having on my mother's health. Bryan secured a mediation date and both parties signed an agreement. However, the opposing party reneged and wanted us to accept lower monies. Off to court we went. Imagine my mother's distress as she had too listen to the falsities presented. Bryan was masterful in his cross-examination, punching holes in their testimony. I had been denied Disability. I had heart surgery i was unable to work bills were piling up . I called liebenhaut law i explained my situation , i have NEVER in my life had to hire a lawyer and i definitely didn't have the money too pay them. I was frustrated beyond belief but i prayed and spoke with the attorney who explained that i would have no out of pocket expense. Liebenhaut took my case, each time i called to get an update in my case i was updated. The thing that meant the most to me was on my court date the lawyer stood up for me explained to the judge all i had gon through with surgery etc ..i was shocked that my lawyer had really read all the reports from my doctor and was dead on when it came to explaining it all to the judge i felt like i was standing with someone who cared instead of standing alone .
