It is so rare to encounter a business these days that isactually truly concerned about their customers/clients well being as a whole. For them to be committed, follow through with everything they say, be diligent, timely, and professional while still being kind just to name a few? .. I thought this was unheard of. "I was wrong." Mr. Liebenhaut has a passion. And THAT is the difference. Mrs. Hernandez, the same. After so many years of dealing with an unknown condition, so many naysayers and doubters. I almost have a form of PTSD when it comes to dealing with Social Security and anything that it has to do with. But I knew I could not fight them alone. As my condition progressed, I was diagnosed with Psoriatic Disorder (Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis) amung other things due to delayed treatment and deterioration of bones/joints including my spine, muscles, ligaments, even my eyes. And because I presented in a different way (PsA is NOT an "inflammatory disease" as the SSA has it labeled. It is an auto immune disorder. And each case is as individual as our fingerprints. No two immune systems are the same.) Not only was treatment delayed but I was fighting a losing battle with SSA. That's until I "stumbled" upon Matt Liebenhaut and his team, who not only has changed my LIFE but also my outlook on humanity itself. They listened. They understood and were EDUCATED. That alone impressed the hell out of me. Not to mention, the calls to keep me updated, the call-back turn around being shockingly fast. The balance of professionalism and kindness being remarkable. They are steadfast force to be recokend with. Their drive was that of my own, if not greater. This whole process with them has changed my entire perspective. I live to fight another day and I am here to tell you that I could NOT have done it without them. If you are looking for help through the Social security mayhem.. Stop. If they feel as if they can, I know from very personal experience, that they will give it their all. We're currently still navigating through SS red tape but I had to just take a moment and tell MY story and experience with Liebenhaut Law in hopes that it can help others like myself. Mr. Liebenhaut and staff is very professional and carrying. He took on my son’s case not even sure how it would turn out. The fact that he was willing to try, spoke volumes for me!! I originally reached out to Mr. Liebenhaut and his team for help with a disability claim. Social Security had been denying me for years and I had no clue how to navigate through all of their rules and guidelines. Within a year a judge awarded me not only my monthly amounts…but my back pay as well. I could not have accomplished this without them! Recently, I received notice from Social Security that my payments would stop based on the value of a future inheritance that I may or may not receive. I followed the instructions of the letter, filing an appeal and providing any documents that I could locate to prove I had no access to this inheritance or any proceeds from it. Still…they denied me. Not knowing what else to do I reached out to Liebenhaut Law again. Mr. Liebenhaut contacted me personally and allowed me to explain my case. He immediately gathered information and contacted the probate attorney handling the inheritance directly; working with him to draft the necessary paperwork and sent it to to the person handling my case with the SSA. I am still awaiting a final decision. And Mr. Liebenhaut continues to reach out personally to check on the progress of things. But I wanted to leave this to let everyone know that I could not have asked for a more kind, patient, attentive and diligent team on my side.
