I left Mr. Churchill a message on a Sunday, and he called me back the same day. He spent almost an hour over the phone with me walking me through what to expect the next day when I went to court for an eviction. I was scared to death about court and had just found out I had a hearing the Friday before. I can’t thank him enough for how much he helped calm my nerves and for all the information he gave me to help me. He’s definitely an A+ lawyer and person in my eyes.

I hired Mr. Churchill for a tenant issue regarding an unjust eviction notice. His fees were reasonable and he always kept me abreast of any correspondence with the landlord's attorney or any other matter regarding my case. Eventually, the eviction case was dismissed (with prejudice) and my attorney's fees reimbursed. Robert is knowledgeable about tenants' rights issues and I would recommend him.
