First time in any law trouble , didn’t know much about the justice system. Mr. Don alongside with his staff gave me hope & stayed In contact with me throughout my whole case even after we resolved it in court ! Money well spent , hopefully my legal troubles are over but if ever again I’ll do it again with Don Pumphrey! Very professional & honest up front . I am an 18 year old college student who received a notice to appear in court for A misdemeanor offense. I began calling lawyers offering free consultations and Don Pumphrey was more than helpful. He explained to me what would happen and has continued to walk me through the process without asking me to hire him as my attorney. He has been very honest and respectable explaining to me I would be able to get diversion and seal and expunged my records all on my own. He truly knows and wants what’s best for his clients and is not in it for the money. I would highly recommend giving this man a call he put my mind at ease when I was stressing badly about having a charge on my record.

He was great. Mr Pumphrey was very honest and transparent. He never once tried to lead me astray. This whole ordeal was very scary and nerve racking but he was there to calm me down. He was always updating me on what was going on. The staff that he has picked is one of a kind. You CANT find a better staff. Amy was also a huge help. Really disappointing with this firm, thy were supposed to Call me Today 02/16 for a conference call and they never did, I hope they don't forget if they have to be presentment in a court room for someones case.
