I have known Jeff Howell and seen him in practice representing others more times than I can count And he has also represented me in a couple of civil issues; I couldn't recommend him more highly. I first saw Jeff in practice when he would represent other nurses before the Board of Nursing in Florida and I was the appointed ARNP on the Board of Nursing. He was always professional and prepared. Then, he represented me in a guardianship matter and was great. He's always responsive and unlike other attorneys I have known over the years, it doesn't take multiple phone calls to get him to respond. I have referred numerous nurses to Jeff when they have asked which attorney would help them best, and I've never had anyone tell me they were less than impressed and satisfied.

Dealing with AHCA requirements was confusing and exhausting by myself, so I looked into representation. I found Jeff @ Phipps & Howell to help me. I immediately received a call and discussed my case with Jeff. It was refreshing to know someone who is experienced with the Florida laws when it deals with Health Care requirements.
