Quick and Great, friendly atmosphere

There is an incredible amount of knowledge at this firm. While being professional and courteous, they were also kind and empathetic. We dealt mainly with Kim and Bobby, but know the expertise of others in the firm contributed towards our case. We are so glad an intake specialist from another firm recommended this firm for our particular circumstances!

They have handled reak estate loan closings for me for years. Kyle Shaw does a great job.

David K. Minacci helped me clear a title on a property and helped me persuade a very minor stakeholder to sell their share to me. I don't feel his rates were unreasonable for the fee's he charges me. I am very happy with his service. Highly recommend.

Danny and Stephanie handled my closing and were great! They had everything prepared ahead of time, and Stephanie even fixed an emergency septic tank easement issue at the last minute. Reasonably priced, great people. Highly recommended! A++

Asked for legal advice on a probated property to make sure everything was handled legally when I sell it. Someone called back and said they don't do probate, when their website states they do.

Joshua Walters did the closing when we sold our home and Miriam Thornton when we purchased our new home - WOW! They are patient, patient, patient. We were "those people" that wanted to read every word on every page and ask all kinds of clarifying questions. Despite how busy they were due to the hectic pandemic housing market, they never dropped their smiles! And, Miriam's sense of humor matched ours so we enjoyed the hour plus spent with her! Unbeknownst to us there was a hiccup with the closing documents from our bank so we met Tiffany Coulter as well who whizzed around the room replacing all the documents in our packets, briefing the attorneys and getting us coffee refills like nothing was amiss. It was a lovely, professional experience. After closing at title companies with previous real estate purchases I cannot imagine ever going back after receiving the red carpet treatment from Manausa, Shaw & Minacci!

Don’t know about the lawyers but the woman that answer the phone super rude. Couldn’t answer any questions I had. Just seemed in a hurry to hang up the phone all she told me was all I can do is take your information and someone will call you back.
