Literally the best attorney you can imagine. I came in to speak with him for an hour and he mentioned his hourly rate over the phone. However, upon the arrival Attorney Pumphrey didn’t even charge a fee due to my situation. He’s very understanding , making you feel comfortable and treats you like family. I would recommend him to anyone in need of an attorney, very genuine guy.

Don Pumphrey is an outstanding human first then an outstanding lawyer! My daughter had been picked up in Kansas City, MO on a charge that was immediately dropped but because she had a warrant in Leon County had an extradition hearing on March 4th apparently had gotten notice from Leon County on March 6th that they were not going to come pick her up. She didn't get out until 3/23! If I had not reached out to Mr. Pumphrey she would have sat in jail indefinitely, he took care of it in 1 day and he is the one that discovered that Leon County had communicated with Jackson County immediately. Thank you Don I appreciate you!

Don and his colleagues were amazing! Don treated me well as if I was one his own daughters. My mother had to travel to be with me during conferences, and they made sure to work with her schedule, making time for us whenever they could. Highly recommend them!

I had called to set up an appointment had a hard time keeping the appointment cause I was so busy with work and the lawyer called me himself. I discussed my situation and he gave me good advise. I would definitely recommend this attorney. He also told me to call him if I have any issues.

I have never met an attorney who has such an amazing and unique set of skill sets. Don possesses leadership skills, an amazing work ethic and an ability to think outside the box. His knowledge of the law is apparent as is his genuine and caring demeanor. He works tirelessly as an advocate for his clients and is a noticeable presence in the courtroom. Don Pumphrey Jr. is the BEST attorney and I highly recommend him if you are looking to hire a lawyer for DUI defense. He is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of the law and was extremely helpful in explaning my legal rights. Without his guidance, my case would have probably had a very different result since I didn't know certain laws/regulations that were so curcial to my case. He and his staff are extremely professional and always kept me up to date on what was going on with my case. He has represented multiple people I know and has always done an outstanding job.
