Don assisted a family member with a traffic citation 20 years ago, with excellent results. He was knowledgeable, competent, responsive, and above all, trustworthy, and we never forgot his honesty and efforts. That is why about 15 years later, we referred a family friend needing an attorney to Don. Don successfully represented our friend. Recently, another family member needed assistance with a traffic citation in Georgia. Don does not practice in Georgia, but within minutes of our requesting a recommendation, he (while traveling) referred us to a competent attorney who timely resolved the matter. We highly recommend Don without hesitation.

I have never rated any business no matter the circumstances, Pumphrey is a very rude lawyer, he stereotypes his client. First encounter he was very rude, "I am not working for free" "I don't want to handle criminal cases like this any more" Are you capable of paying the $10, 000 or not because I don't want to waste my time " The man has not state how he can help me as a client, but all he was talking about was money. I even said no problem sir, I can pay you before my brother meet up with you, I just want to know how you can help us with the case... "can you pay the $10, 000" I have never been insulted like this in my life. My mom was present there with him because I travel for work. HE'S NOT RACIST. He just stereotypes people based how they look if they can afford it. Just look flashy, does not matter your color he will show you small respect otherwise he will be rude to you. He should look me up; I have a job and can afford to pay the fee. Be nice to everyone

Called to get a quote about 10 minutes ago. The lady on the phone didn’t take me serious at all. Which is fine but she kinda just laughed me off and quoted 5000$ to help. Then told me just get a public defender. I knew lawyers just do it for the money but my current charge is not justified. it’s unfortunate how hard it can be to find legal representation. I think I’ll just not get any lawyer and defend myself with out one.
