Honestly I was initially going to rate the service bad by how the previous case worker I was dealing with named Jackie treated me. Over time I was transferred to Cristal and wow, she is amazing! Not only did she provide the best service that one could ask for, she also made sure to follow up with me and make sure that all my questions were answered and if she did not have it she researched and followed back up. Cristal Catoni hands down is one of the best people you would want to work with! Literally a blessing to my case as she did everything she could ethically do to ensure the case could get wrapped up after a long wait. If anyone in the office deserve recognition, she should be the very FIRST to receive it! Someone who is really passionate about their job and also cares for her clients satisfaction! THANK YOU AGAIN CRISTAL!!!!!!! YOU ARE THE BEST!!
