Charles and Dawn were amazing. I was dealing with disgruntled family during a probate case and Dawn made the process much smoother. She was given the case about 8 months in. She called me to catch her up on the case. She was professional and polite. Once she got the history of the case, she was on top of the filings and completed the audit pretty quickly. 4 months later, we finally got the case closed. I highly recommend this law firm.

I retained Zoecklein Law Firm in 2021 after my husband passed. I was new to probate procedures and scared to death. After a consultation with Brice I retained the firm to carry me through the probate process. Cody Nixon was assigned to my case. I tell you this young man helped me so much. When situations came up that I didn't understand, I would email Cody and in his response to me explaining what was happening and reassuring me that everything would be alright. Initial consultation resulted in the attorney putting me on hold to ask others for answers to simple questions. No thanks.

We discovered that living out of state has its challenges to hiring an attorney for help on stopping a foreclosure and going through probate of an estate that was "under water" was a big decision. Zoecklein Law staff were helpful, but there were learning curves for the staff. Their paralegal, Dawn, is a jewel.
