After doing some initial research, we emailed a recap of what we felt was our law suit. An appointment was set with Attorney Tony Cabassa; who felt we had a case. Attorney Cabassa explained the procedures, and gave us his prognosis. We chose to sign the contract and the outcome was in the range Mr. Cabassa projected. This firm is excellent on return communication; which helps relieve the stress of having to file a lawsuit I would highly recommend.

Great firm. These guys are highly competent but they do not make the mistake of underestimating your former employer, as your employer once did you. They are extremely confident but not at all arrogant. You will be amazed by the respect they receive in this area of the law. Its so hard to find a good lawyer since it's so many, I probably called well over 10 law firm to help me with the matter I had.
