Great experience. They took me in when no one else would

As others have stated, this firm has no intention of actually going to trial and will only mail a piece of paper off to your employer on your behalf. If your employer doesn't answer after 2-3 times they will just drop your case instead of going to trial. It was my mistake choosing them when I had other lawyers interested in this case. I also brought other employees who want to sue with me and we all agree it was a disaster dealing with WFC's paralegals trying to get that set up. Anastasia told them (my other coworkers trying to jointly sue) to file another claim online instead of taking their information , so we did , and they ended up with a completely different attorney from the firm instead of making it a joint suit with the same attorney. I also had to change my contact information with them and had the hardest time getting ahold of their paralegals...and since I couldn't get ahold of Anastasia (the paralegal I was dealing with at the time),I reached out to my coworker's lawyer, who told me to file another claim online again and describe the issue I'm having and someone will get back to me .. nobody reached out after filing a new claim .....after filing a second "claim" online telling them I had to update my contact information, I ended up having to leave a bad review (which i deleted the first time) and a heated voice-mail threatening to file a complaint to finally get a response after weeks of trying to get ahold of someone. All that for Mr fenton to tell me on a layer date they are closing our cases because our employer was ignoring their letters. What a joke and a waste of time. So essentially, all your employer has to do is ignore WFC's demand letters for them to drop you like a hot potato and give up on your case, its truly a waste of your precious time. they were NOT clear from the beginning that they were only going to send off a peice of paper, they NEVER said trial was off the table. I would never choose a lawyer that would admit he has no intention of ever going to court if need be. What he DID say was they try to settle first before it goes to court, and even the papers you sent off to my former employer say you will take them to court should they not answer. This firm is far from honest. When I was shopping around for lawyers, WFC DID NOT EVER SAY they would drop the case if the former employer didn't respond to the letters. If they were honest from the beginning, more people would choose elsewhere, I certainly would have chosen elsewhere if I was allowed to make a fully informed decision. This firm will make you think they will fight for you then go ghost once you sign the paperwork. We wanted a pitbull but got a poodle when it comes to this firm. Do NOT waste your time this lawyer will not fight zealously for you

So if you need a law firm that treats you like family and only out for your best interest. This is who you need to call. So my lawyer Brandon treated me like we had know each other for years. It was like getting help from a friend that actually knows what they are doing! He treated me with kindness and understanding and helped me understand the process and provided advice to maximize my case. I highly recommend Brandon and his team.
