I am a quadriplegic who was denied a work schedule change due to my disability and forced to step down down from full time to part time losing all benefits and health insurance for my son and myself. After consulting with Wenzel, they refused my case and passed me on to someone else. If you have an EEOC case, I strongly recommend finding someone else as this firm will waste your time.

I had a wonderful experience with the entire Wenzel Fenton Cabassa team. The process was organized and clear from the start of my inquiry. Brandon Hill did an amazing job working my case for me. His PA Amanda and the rest of the team are truly amazing at keeping you up to date with the progress of the case and making sure I was on top of everything I needed to be. Brandon would routinely call or email to update me and made sure that “I” was happy with everything, not just the firm. I went to WFCA when I felt like there was no help for me but they really turned it around. Thank you to everyone who played a part in my case!
