Brandon Hill is not what most would say is a typical Lawyer. He was truly sincere with what our family had experienced concerning the suit we wanted to file. He was honest upfront in stating our possible challenges but very positive. We could call, text or email him anytime and he answered very quickly! Without going into a lot of detail, I was referred to Wenzel Fenton Cabassa by another attorney. It's too bad I didn't listen to them right away. I ended up calling places all over town and I never once made it passed the gatekeeper who screens the calls. After feeling beaten, I remembered the referral, I am so glad I did. These guys didn't just pass me off and say no. While I did have to pay for an initial consultation I was fine with that, they were the only ones who allowed me to tell my story. Not only did Steve Wenzel listen to what I had to say he made zero promises to me, he knew my case was going to be challenging and he let me know upfront. He also knew what my situation was, he worked with me. Needless to say, the loss of a job you held for the better part of two decades is bad, but for it to happen in today's uncertain times was just shattering to me. Steve was able to reach a settlement that was favorable to me, while it doesn't replace a job, it has allowed me time to regroup and pick up the pieces. I am very grateful for Steve and his team.
