I honestly felt like giving up, but after talking to Chris, I felt confident about moving forward with my decision in pursuing this case. He thoroughly explained the process and worked on my case in a timely manner. He kept me informed along the way and is a great person to work with. I'm giving 2 stars not for their legal advice, but for their lack of responsiveness, which caused me multiple frutstations since I contacted them 2 months ago. The legal assitance I needed was not something that resulted in a court case and it seems that because of this, I have been deemed as unimportant since my original consultation. However, I am a young professional who cannot go back to work in my field for 7 additional months due to their lack of responsiveness and this is a very big deal to me as currently have no livelihood. I had a fairly simple noncompete issue and needed a simple consultation. I paid the $450 for the hour consultation and got 30 minutes out of it (which at the time was sufficient). The lawyer told me he would get back to me his final advice after he read the exact legal document I had. I sent this document after the consultation and had to call 5 times over the next 2 weeks before I was able to speak to him again. When I finally got ahold of him, he stated he didn't remember saying this and he thought my issue was resolved. By this time, I had a new issue that I needed his help on. He assisted me with this matter (which maybe took 15 minutes of his time in total) making it seem like a favor (even though I had paid for an hour and only got 30 min initially). Lastly, in order for me to completely resolve the issue I have with my noncompete and go back to work, my previous employer requested a letter from this lawyer stating his legal opinion on the timeline of my noncompete agreement (which I was told by my employer should come standard with the legal advice I paid for). I have called numerous times, sent emails and offered to pay them an additional fee for this letter and all I have gotten in return is the Case Manager telling me this is not something they normally do, but she would look into it and get back to me. I have not heard anything back from the Case Manager for numerous weeks despite my many calls and messages. Therefore, I will either have to pay another $450 to a new lawyer to get a consultation and a letter or wait 7 more months for the issue to resolve itself before I can go back to my normal job.

Mr. Fenton and his staff have been extremely helpful in assisting me with my legal issues. Him and his staff have kept me in the loop and given me great legal advice. I will definitely recommend him and his legal team to anyone else I know who is in need of an attorney.

After speaking with one attorney he said we could sue your employer for not accommodating your illness. A day later a attorney emailed me stated he had decided not to take my case but from time to time the would send me emails.I explained to him I hadn’t even sent the documentation that the other attorney was waiting on so how and why would you already deny my claim. It’s going to be a no for me as far as if I would use them or recommend them but I’m happy for the people they did help. Ok it’s clear I need to update my review me giving a review for another law firm has nothing to do with you as I stated I’m happy if your firm is able to help the clients you May have help.Your response is clearly why it is a no for me.I would not recommend you to anyone And that’s what the reviews are for it’s my opinion and if a attorney is not for the people and out for themselves if they don’t feel they can win they won’t try and take your case .Not all attorneys are capable of handling all cases.I will update a good law firm that does try and help people however so look for that review .
