After being pulled over, spending a night in jail to leave and attempt returning to normality one of my biggest concerns was how I would find peace in my life with everything else happening so quickly in my life. How would I find a means to ensure my life and my opportunities didn’t change? Finding a lawyer not only capable of representing you as well as trustworthy is a task and a problem all on its own. I definitely will recommend Mr. Elliot for all your dui concerns. He resolved my case pretty fast and I was able to walk away with only about one week of probation after I paid my court fees. He literally did everything and sent me all the links to the classes I had to do because it was confusing at first. Also I didn't go to court not one time he did everything including getting my speeding ticket voided. Mr. Wilcox is a very much knowledgeable person and quite frankly saved my career, so no complaints from me ! 10 out of 10.

When my life went south, Elliott was referred to me by my divorce lawyer for my DUI case, and turned out to be very nice, sympathetic & professional. He handled my case at a competitive cost and got it knocked down to reckless driving. He kept me informed of every task I needed to complete, along with any other pertinent information every step of the way, gave me important information regarding do's & don'ts, was able to advise of best practices here & in other states and patiently answered all of my trillion questions, including whether to fight the civil restricted license car or the criminal DUI case itself... and the difference between the two. All of this was very helpful as I'd never been in trouble before and wasn't originally from here, so did not know the state laws very well. Along with this, I loved that I never had to take time off to go to court, as he did so for me every time. After I completed all of the requirements, Elliott quickly submitted the necessary paperwork & took action to get an early termination of probation granted for me. Lastly, he was able to make a good referral when I needed another lawyer for a different type of case.

I highly recommend Elliot as your attorney because he literally handles everything for you and makes it extremely easy to go through the hole process. Any classes you’ll need to take he will send you all the links and give you all the numbers you need to call throughout the hole proses. Making it very easy and non stressful.
