I could not have asked for a better lawyer to have handled my case. Mr. Wilcox was very professional and let me know from the beginning what the potential outcomes could be and gave me all the information I needed to make the right decisions. I was a nervous wreck in the beginning thinking my life was going to be altered forever. I hired Elliott because he had the best/most reviews and he lived up to every single one. I got arrested for driving under the influence and thought my life was over. In the end he got my DUI reduced to a reckless driving ticket and saved me a lot of time, money, and stress.

Elliot is a great lawyer. I am happy with my choice. I was facing a 2nd in 5 years and the prosecutor was unwilling to budge throughout the whole ordeal. Elliot kept it very straight forward which I liked and told me what we were up against. In the end, my charges got reduced to reckless. This saved me on so many levels. The only negative thing is the communication level. There were times when I didn't hear back from what happened at court and it would take days to finally get an answer. I'm learning that this is a common occurance with most lawyers. Definitely schedule an appointment ahead of time. Other then that I endorse Elliot as a DUI lawyer.
