Great guy!

I live in the Chicagoland area. In June of 2016 my son was arrested (his first arrest) for a misdemeanor and a class three felony. There existed a possibility of up to 5 years in prison. After rushing to Tampa and speaking with several lawyers my son, wife, and I settled on Will Hanlon. We found him to be an empathetic and genuinely sincere individual. Hid did not sugar coat the severity of the crime and the possible penalties? Additionally he made no promises but did did assure us that he had successfully handled cases like my sons. During the initial consultation, he laid out what seemed to be a very realistic, hopeful, and achievable strategy. Based on this we hired him. Will was able to get a Pre-trial Intervention (PTI) for my son. The result was that after doing community service and meeting several conditions there would be no charges filed. (Called a No File). I should point t out that Will had advised my son to meet those conditions before they were put into the PTI. The end result completion of the PTI was that much easier. Will also offered his services to have the arrest expunged from his record. Will has been available for questions and phone calls any time we needed. I have only one minor criticism of Will. It is that he will tell you that he will call back by a certain time and he does not always do that. Occasionally we had to contact him because he did not contact us by the time and date he said he would. I will point out that he is not cheap. Others out there would have charged us less. However, in the final analysis he was well worth the price. I can and do recommend Will Hanlon without any reservations.

Understanding, compassionate, dependable, reliable... only begins to describe Mr. Hanlon. On that first day that I was falsely accused, I had felt that the whole world was coming down on me. Friends were disconnected from me, and coworkers were forced not to communicate with me. But throughout all that madness on that day, Mr. Hanlon was there for me. With the understandably hysterical mess that I was in, he consulted with me and made me feel like everything was going to be ok. My type of case was not one to be taken lightly. Though innocent of the crime being accused of, not handling my case the right way could have destroyed my life. I am eternally grateful to Mr. Hanlon. I would recommend him to anyone ever needing any type of legal counsel, no matter the severity of the case. And with everything that I have already said, my words still cannot describe how ethically and professionally awesome Mr. Hanlon truly is. Thank you!
