We will never deal with this company in any capacity again because we had to keep requesting updates after the inital claim, despite being told it would only take a few days. It took 18 days for them to make a decision as to wether they want the case or not. Not taking the case is fine, taking over 2 weeks to let us know is not fine.

Lucy has been a great help with getting everything completed

My two complaints are: first, it seemed, to me, that I was not kept as up to date as I would have liked. I accept responsibility for that as I didn't call as much as I should have. However, given that my claim was small, I can understand. My second complaint is the distance I had to drive to see the assigned chiropractor. Other than that I am happy. Overall, the team made me feel comfortable to speak with and listened to me. That last part is incredibly a major part of any transaction. I always felt welcome and was treated well by everyone at Catania and Catania.

Throughout this year, Catania&Catania have assisted me with all my questions and concerns. I was in my first painful car accident and I’m glad Lisa, Kelvis, and Lucy worked together to help me. I was in a lot of pain and they walked me through each step. They took their time with me and I really appreciate that. They fought for me and I’m proud to have them on my side. Through Jan. on my case, but when I did get a hold of the associates, they really helped explain everything.
