My Attorney Desiree Minder and her assistant Jennifer did an amazing job with my Federal Workers Comp Case. This was the first time in my 50+ years that I ever was forced to get an Attorney and I waited until I was in a real bind to start calling for help. I called several large firms and all of them said they didn’t do Federal WC cases because the complex laws and regulations are different from state WC cases. When I called Catania & Catania, they immediately said they could help and had Desiree call me an hour later. Desiree was extremely helpful, responsive, informative, and was the expert I needed. It was such a relief to get help from someone who thoroughly understood the complicated tangle of rules and regulations. When I called with questions and Desiree was in court on another case, Jennifer always took my calls and helped me and Desiree always followed up when she got out of the court room. I highly recommend them and am very happy with the settlement they got for me.
