Marc Parrish was able to change my perspective about attorneys from a negative to a positive...even though cases are looooong and drawn out and not enjoyable at all his great energy definitely makes the experience more tolerable.

In the last four years I have been involved in two accidents (both of which I was not at fault). I was referred to Catania & Catania through a close friend. I have never once regretted my decision to choose Catania & Catania's services. Ashleigh has been my line of communication since my most recent accident, which took place in August. She's has made herself immediately available to talk with me for whatever reasons any day of the week. She is prompt to return my calls and emails if she's away. She's extremely thorough and helps me document everything. Despite the Catanias busy schedule, the attorneys have made themselves available to their clients if needed. They are family men who always make you feel like you're their number one priority when they're talking with you, as if you were apart of their own family. The customer service and overall attention they pay to their clients is impeccable. Life events such as accidents are not easy to get through. I was rear ended while in Fort Myers on the interstate a couple months ago. It caused serious health complications and overall I was unable to perform my job as a news reporter for one of the local stations and was soon after let go. It's a demanding career and I don't expect myself to bounce back into another reporting opportunity easily after this is over. Life hasn't been easy but the Catania & Catania law firm has been one of the only constants that I CAN count on at this trying time. I couldn't be more thankful to have them on my team. I recommend Catania & Catania for anyone looking for skilled, experienced attorneys with the very best all around customer service. I know from experience that they will fight for every dime.

I am working with Desiree Minder, Esquire and her Legal Assistant Jennifer Whinnery on my SSD claim. I had called other Law Firms in the Tampa Bay Area only to be connected with someone taking down my information to review whether the Firm was going to take my case or not. There have been a few people from Catania & Catania working with me since the accident I was in occurred. They have all treated me politely with respect and kindness, continually asking how my recovery was going. I had more interaction with Darelys Moreno throughout the entire process and she was phenomenal! On the off chance that I was unable to reach her at the time I called the office, she always promptly returned my calls. My interactions with everyone from the office were always pleasant, and although I haven't had multiple experiences with law firms, I wouldn't recommend any others!!
