When little things happen to a family and what happens in our home you try to call a lawyer that would try to help but of course all the lawyers want is money. Never look into the whole situation. It's not like I'm a loser or anything but this company thinks I'm a loser. People please be aware of who you're dealing with and look into other companies.

We will never deal with this company in any capacity again because we had to keep requesting updates after the inital claim, despite being told it would only take a few days. It took 18 days for them to make a decision as to wether they want the case or not. Not taking the case is fine, taking over 2 weeks to let us know is not fine.
