I was recommended by several different people to attorney Catania and Catania and continue to hear how wonderful their services are however I myself do not know I cannot get them to give me time of day not even a referral to an attorney that would be interested and not only Medicare and Medicaid fraud The Quest Diagnostics stealing multiple persons DNA I don't understand why they do not see fit to return phone calls and at least give the courtesy of a referral to another attorney capable of handling the case. I would have not known has them at all had it not been for multiple referrals of others it's a shame that they would not give anyone else the same courtesy it is also more so ashamed that I am not worth the time I could have been a future client had somebody just taking a moment to return my phone call it saddens me I've heard nothing but wonderful things I'm just sorry I will not be able to experience any of that myself

I called them and left info with a "not so sharp" individual. He said a lawyer would call me back. It's been weeks, and no return call

I had Amanda who I just found out was an assistant not even a lawyer doing my case and I had to tell her how to do her job!!! She got fired and has been gone for a month!!! I didn't get a call or a letter even telling me this... When I called to find out who was representing me no one knew!!- Catania and Catania SUCK DO NOT GO TO THEM!!!

I was nervous going into the hearing(Desiree also travels to you for the hearing)as anybody would be, but as soon as the adjunct started Desiree could call any of the exhibits from memory without hesitation and brought me to ease immediately. Also pre and post trial communication is always easy and reassuring. I would not hesitate to use Catania & Catania again if needed. Catania and Catania exceeded my expectations – I couldn’t have made a better choice.
