3 years later the injuries I received from the settlement I received are haunting me till this day. I’m still thinking about the day they sent a guy to my house the day after the accident to sign the papers was the worse decision I ever made in my entire life... i understand your frustration is what you’ll hear from that malaka I understand your frustration I’m going through another accident now I’m so glad I didn’t call these crooks in ties....

My Attorney Desiree Minder and her assistant Jennifer did an amazing job with my Federal Workers Comp Case. This was the first time in my 50+ years that I ever was forced to get an Attorney and I waited until I was in a real bind to start calling for help. I called several large firms and all of them said they didn’t do Federal WC cases because the complex laws and regulations are different from state WC cases.
