My experience with the Catania & Catania team has been one of excellence. My direct contact for my case is Ashleigh. Ashleigh's work ethic and professionalism is one that seems to be very hard to find these days. She is very prompt in returning my calls and emails. She responds with a sense of urgency and lets you know that you are not just another number. All of this while multi-tasking, and exhibiting a demeanor that is calm and refined. Ashleigh has made a difficult and sometimes confusing situation a lot easier on me. I really can not say enough about how much of a burden Ashleigh has lifted off of my shoulders. First off, Lisa's team deserves way more freakin stars than this because it feels like I worked with the best. Her and Lucy were always there for me at any time of the day to answer all my questions and even endure the days I was bored and just wanted to bug them on the phone. Lisa stayed on top of my case and surprised me on how quick she took care of everything. Was very patient with me and kept me going even when I wanted to give up on my case earlier. If I get into another accident im not calling no 411 pain, no Saul or my momma. First up is Catania.
