Brett Berger was my attorney, and the entire experience from start to finish was made easy. More importantly, no matter what time of the day or night I reached out to Mr. Berger he responded immediately which is something I sincerely appreciated. Mr. Berger was honest and extremely knowledgeable regarding my particular case. As a prior attorney who worked on the other side for a large insurance company, Mr. Berger had the experience to negotiate with the insurance adjusters, insurance attorneys and hospital executives.
