Attorney Desiree Zorrow was very professional and responsive throughout the entire course of my SSDI case. She kept me informed of the process and the time-line was accurate. She also helped me through a very long and difficult time and as a result I was awarded fully favorable. The only negative was a couple of bad interactions with one of her assistants, however, as soon as I informed Desiree of the issues, it was resolved. Now the next hurdle is actually getting the back pay from social security. It's an entirely new issue. There should be some type of lobbying for change in a way that would expedite the release of funds to someone that has been without substantial income in years.

I had the pleasure of dealing with these guys for a few months, very professional and kept in touch pretty well but overall not as happy with the results as i expected. If you have real injuries I would not use them personally. They are good at getting the quick minimum from the insurance agencies however I was left without being able to continue to be seen by the doctors after the case was closed and still needed shots and surgery but they rushed the case closed before I could even get to the bottom of my injuries. So needles to say I got my quick $2000+ but still in alot of pain and injuries still present.

I've used Lynx Legal Services for all of my process service needs for the past 2+ years. Rob and his team are attentive, quick and proactive in getting defendants served in a timely manner. The online portal is great for pulling service affidavits and invoices. The consistent email updates on each service job are crucial for keeping track and to better communicate to clients on how things are progressing. I wouldn't use any other process server company out there!

They were so easy to work with and explained everything and really took care of everything for my disability case. Highly recommend. Best part is they return calls fast and did not make me feel stupid when I got upset and did not understand.

I would just to say Paul is a great attorney. MY case is still in the process but his team has been nothing but helpful. Every question I've had has been answered and every call that was expected came and came on time. So far I've been shown the upmost respect and feel that my well-being is there number one concern.
