They took my case very seriously, were diligent and ultimately brought in a settlement that is life-changing for myself and my family. I called in with a pressing matter, I been promised follow-ups and even a couple of dates in the calendar for a meeting / call from the lawyer. There was no follow-up. I even called in 15min into the appointment to ask if they are going to attend or not. No follow-up there after.
