Merlin hired the right pros and left little margin for error. There was a settlement because they had no choice.

I've experienced every hurricane in S FL since Wilma in 2005 and have been in a dispute with the insurance carrier every time that necessitated legal help each storm. After hiring a different firm each time and sometimes becoming frustrated with the lack of customer service from the other firms and observing how the aggressive insurance carriers act towards my previous attorneys, pushing them around only to have those other firms almost trying to convince me to settle for less than was needed, i can honestly give a real opinion. The last claim I had, after getting slapped around by the carrier, I simply researched and asked everyone I knew "who is the biggest baddest firm around, who strikes fear in the heart of these carriers, who is the most famous?" I was led to Merlin, and yes, the claim was settled way, way faster, I suspect due to Merlins name alone. The carrier seemed to scatter like a cockroach. Funny thing was my lawyer was a complete gentleman, his professionalism and kindness in dealing with the carrier seemed to confuse them, I still dont get it, thats why I think alot had to do with the name Merlin. Their office was so fancy and their name was so huge in the industry I thought for sure they wouldnt take my case, but they did, right away, and when they were done with the carrier those cockroaches were begging to pay Merlins fees, I got 100% of the money needed to rebuild. It sounds crazy but trust me, call them, I cant promise that it will go as smoothly as my experience but the consultation is free, do your own research, Merlin is the biggest name in the industry for a reason.

Mr. Bouzas worked hard to recover back pay that was owed to me through a Covid delayed case. He was committed, unwavering and kept me well informed throughout the process.

Chris Gray was absolutely great to work with! If you want someone who will be honest & work as hard as they possibly can, then this is the firm for you. Honesty is the biggest factor when dealing with or selecting an attorney. He was very informative and kept me in the loop every step of the way. His legal assistant Debbie was also a joy to work with, as you can imagine attorneys are quite busy & she was there every step of the way. I highly recommend. 10/10.

I am so blessed and lucky to of found this law firm! About four years ago I was in a car accident. I actually started with another lawyer and had a miserable experience. My questions were always answered and he would always keep me up to date with everything throughout the whole time. Debbie, the Legal Assistant was also awesome.
