Has to be the absolute worst law firm ever in the entire world. They DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS, the secretary gives wrong info constantly. It takes forever and I mean over 2 years to settle a case. I was told oopps someone dropped the ball in your case and should have not been that way. They definitely don’t know how to fight the other side they cave to them instead. Over a $100,000 dollars in damages and they got $25000 dollars cause I said ok I’m done dragging this out I need to fix my home. It’s been 26 months already. I’d definitely find another well known law firm to use if I ever had to go through this issue again. Highly don’t recommend MERLIN LAW FIRM Absolute disgrace to law.

Chip and Keona do a great job of keeping this firm on top of their game. The attorneys and staff truly care about their clients and I highly recommend them!

I previously had another law firm handle my roof claim after the insurance company refused to pay and then folded. The company couldn’t resolve the issue which went to FIGA. So a friend referred Merlin group to handle the issue. They were very professional and kept me updated even though, at times, there was no progress to discuss. Through their persistence and constant contact with FIGA, the issue finally got resolved AFTER almost 2 years!! Hopefully this won’t happen again, but if it does, I’ll reach back out to them.

They said they'd handle our case. Had us fire previous attorney, then they used their "cancelation clause" in their agreement n dropped our case. WHY YOU ASK? "ITS A BUSINESS DECISION" WAS THEIR ANSWER. SO, BE FOR WARNED.

Too big, too busy. Disorganized. Did not get back to me in 48 hours as promised (now 7 days later). Sent reminders. Long intake, waste of time. All other firms were same day.
