Merlin Law Group is the first insurance litigation firm I recommend. In my experience as a Public Adjuster, if the insured decides to be represented by a local firm here in NC or SC the results are never favorable for the insured. I highly recommend Merlin Law Group!

We were very pleased with Attorney Ashley Harris and Beaujeaux de Lapouyade they worked tirelessly to get our case settled after our insurance company denied our claim for our roof after damages from Hurricane Irma. They are very professional and emphatic but unfortunately, you have to go through the secretary Tammy Beach she is very difficult to work with and has a very bad attitude towards the client. We are trying to get our roof put on before another Hurricane Season starts and have a roofer coming on May.22nd we stressed the urgency because we know the roof will not be stable to withstand another Hurricane. We were told our check would be overnighted to us when it came in from the Insurance company Tammy sent the check GROUND and stated this was overnight in FL. per UPS that is "NOT" true! It would be an honor to work with Ashley and Beau again if the need ever rose again hopefully "NOT" but we do "NOT" ever want to deal with Tammy Beach again! Thank You, Ashley and Beau, for going over and above for us! We wish we could have given 5 Stars but we can not due to Tammy!

As usual a fine education, full of information, great experts and learned a lot. The CE's a plus, the event from an organization with the interest in heart to help the policy holders. Could not have a better experience. Loved it again.

The Merlin Law Group has offered these types of seminars with CE's for some time now. My fist was in Florida at the Embassy Suites. That has been over six years ago and we continue to make every attempt to attend these value added seminars. The most recent seminar in Colorado was the second of it's kind and was one of the best attended yet. More important the content of the seminars just keeps getting better and better as the Merlin Law Group hones in on "what is of important" content to Public Adjusters. Chip and team - Thanks for your support to our profession and the value added information which makes us each better within our profession. For those who believe that they already know everything in this industry...take the time to show up at one of these seminars and I doubt you will disappointed. For the many seminars we have attended over the years we have always received more added value versus time and expense made.
