I won my waver and got my Greencard after 3 years thanks to Emel Ersan!
She is the best lawyer you can ask! She tried her best to help me and my wife, she fought hard for us! You can reach out to her whenever you have a problem which is not a common feature for a lawyer ( I know that because she wasn't my first immigration lawyer).
Very friendly, calm never rush anything and leave you with many unanswered questions.
If you don't want to deal with hardship with immigration get her! or if you're already dealing with it change your lawyer and get her!!

Amazing lawyer! We won our waiver case and got a 10 year green card, Emel responded to us herself every time we had a question and does all her own work, never passing it to someone else. I would hire her again a million times!
