In office correspondence was great. Courteous, professional. Other correspondence was fair. We dragged our feet and getting our wills done and following up, but they did as well. At one point it was not until we followed up that we got the ball rolling again after an extended period of mutual non follow-up. Chances are you'll have a great experience as long as you keep the ball rolling and follow up.
