I would absolutely recommend this firm to anyone. Charles Adams and Cheramie Henagan have provided fantastic services to my mother during a difficult situation. Charles is very knowledgeable and explains things thoroughly. I am more than happy with his advocacy for my mother. Cheramie is also incredibly kind and prompt in relaying updates and new information on the case. We appreciate them!

Mr. Zoecklein and staff are very pleasant and are very experienced in probate matters, so you do feel like they are doing everything they can legally for you. However, they do seem to lack a solid communication plan. Often, I was the one emailing them to see if they had actually completed a task, or heard back from the other lawyer, or nudging to see what next steps were.

Cheramie H has been the saving grace in my experience with Zoecklein Law. My probate case has been dragged out for nearly 2 years and I first had other paralegals who were assigned my case and they came and went for one reason or another. Eventually we got Cheramie and she worked to find the answers to all my questions and made this long process a lot smoother.
