I had such a great experience with WFC! They were very responsive and communicated everything clearly and timely. I could always reach a staff member if I had questions. Brandon, my lawyer, was also very easy to communicate with and always responded to my inquiries timely . He and Hannah were also wonderful to work with in preparation for and during the mediation. Brandon did a great job talking me through the process, explaining, guiding and advocating for me! His confidence and knowledge base made me feel comfortable and secure with his representation during the whole mediation process. I am lucky to have found WFC and would 110% choose them again for representation! I owe a huge thank you to the entire amazing team at WFC and Brandon for a great process and end result!!

I will give it one star because Wenzel Fenton Cabassa, P.A. did give me a free evaluation. With all of this in mind, Morgan & Morgan recommended me to another law firm that could not help me, which was Wenzel Fention Cabassa, P.A. I provided them with evidence, which demonstrated that I was wrongfully terminated (referring to being retaliated against for reporting misconduct in a workplace environment), but all I got from Wenzel Fenton Cabassa, P.A. is ample excuses for why they could not take my case. How are people who were wrongfully terminated (like me) suppossed to rely on a law firm like Wenzel Fenton Cabassa, P.A., when all they give you is ample excuses for why they cannot help you? Why are most lawyers afraid to take on public schools? Why are most lawyers money hungry? I thought that being a lawyer is about getting justice for people who were treated unfairly. Unfortunately, I will not be recommending this law firm to anybody anytime soon because they seem to have an awful habit of using preposterous excuses for why they cannot help people. Furthermore, Wenzel Fenton Cabassa, P.A. even recommended me to file a complaint with EEOC. Relying on EEOC is like expecting a 7 year old to write a college essay. My point is that EEOC is useless, and most people who work there don't even read your documents, which contain vital information pertaining to your case. Most cases with EEOC can take a year to two years, and without a lawyer, you (the client) are like a stranger to EEOC. So, this was another useless recommendation. Lastly, the message that is being conveyed here is that "if we cannot help you, then we will recommend you to somebody else that cannot help you neither." I am not that naive to realize that there will be a lot of people in my position who are powerless against employers who retaliate and that many law firms who cannot help you will be recommending you to other law firms that cannot help you neither. -9 JUNE 2024- MY RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: In the past, I have filed a claim with EEOC, and it took them a year and a half to even get to my case. I had to do most of the work, and the investigator was very lazy and kept complaining about having to read those documents that I have typed up along side with the evidence. EEOC is not that effective as you describe it to be, especially if the investigator is incompetent and lazy. At the same time, my ex-boss, who was being investigated by EEOC, filed a false claim against me in court for a civil stalking protection order. EEOC told me that they were not getting implicated. They failed to protect me from my ex-boss who was narcissistic and took me to court for a false claim. However, I had to do more paper work again solo, and I was able to demonstrate with circumstantial evidence that I did not stalk my ex-boss. So my ex-boss's claim was dismissed. With all of this in mind, having a lawyer for an EEOC is very beneficial because people (like me) are nof familiar with law terminology. Lawyers are educated in law, and they are able to present the affidavit. EEOC needs the affidavit, not a normal statement written by me or any other people. Furthermore, money hungry lawyers is about taking cases or claims that bring gigantic sum settlements. I was not refering to lawyers charging $300 per hour. Although, those lawyers are egoists too. Moreover, I was also talking about schools districts and the fact that a lot of lawyers are afraid to go against school districts. I am still not sure why. Maybe it is because government agencies have more power than lawyers do. In addition, as for the stars. I am not changing my mind. You all get one star, and that's it. I stand by my words. If there would have been a half of a star, then you all would have gotten a half of a star and not even a star. Google is more generous than me because Google had the option of one star. Lastly, I do not need to be told that your law firm is the best. Actions speak louder than words. I can also think for myself, and I am also entitled to my point of view.

Who you hire matters ! Before finding Mr. Cabassa, I had representation from another firm. I thought I had the best deal in town, as this firm was charging me significantly lower fees. Thankfully , I did my research and realized that this firm was putting my case in jeopardy with the statute of limitations. I fired them and hired Mr. Cabassa . I was fully aware the defendant in my case would have plenty of money and a great defense counsel, so it was essential for me to have a great reputable firm with strong financial backing. When the defendant saw who was my new legal counsel was, they changed their tune around very quickly, I am beyond grateful for Mr. Cabassa and his team. His firm showed me compassion , respect and transparency from day one. I wish from the beginning I would have had their firm represent me . The amount of time , stress and money my family would have saved would have been so beneficial. I am grateful that chapter is closed and I now can focus on my health and family. Careful who you hire, it truly matters.

Attorney Fenton was highly responsive throughout the entire time he worked on my behalf. Our interactions were always pleasant and he was consultative, empathetic and direct. He set realistic expectations around what I could expect from a settlement and also around a timeline for the settlement, should it come to fruition. I was delighted, but not surprised, when he did in fact settle the case in a way that was certainly fair and equitable for me. I appreciated his candor and his enthusiasm for results and his clear ownership of responsibility for providing the best possible outcome on my behalf. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a litigation attorney.

***Updated*** Matt Fenton called me today to follow up with me. He was candid , gave me realistic suggestions and was respectful. He answered my questions. ADA and medical law is fickle. It’s tragic but it’s the fact. As my case involves an employer in a different state, they’d not be able to represent me. I am grateful for Matt taking his time to explain a great deal to me. I believe he was genuine. If I had a Florida case, I would contact the firm. Thank you, Mr. Fenton for your patience, respectfully handling this sensitive topic and your advice.
